I, the practitioner, will provide a competent and professional service and will refer appropriate specialists when the work is not within my scope of practice and/or not in the your, the client's, best interest

Payment is due at the time that the service is rendered.

 

Client and practitioner will adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy, except in the case of an emergency.

 

All equipment and supplies will be clean, sanitary, and safe

 

Clients will be appropriately draped at all times.

 

Clients will be treated with respect regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, body type, political affiliation or state of health.

 

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

 

Privacy and confidentiality will be strictly maintained at all times.
